My dog has some kind of skin problem what is it?

My golden retriever has had skin problems before but they went away with her allergy medicine. but in the last day she all of a sudden has two spots on either side of her face under her ears that are perfect circles. They're really irritated and pussy and there might be some hair loss. At first I thought it was tree sap but when ive tried to clean it up she flinches when barely even touch it. She has started to itch the spots with her foot are there glands there or what is causing it to be wet?My dog has some kind of skin problem what is it?
It could be staph but the perfect circle makes me think ringworm. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after touching your dog and limit contact with those areas as much as possible until you know for sure.My dog has some kind of skin problem what is it?
sounds like there may be infection if the spots are wet and seeping. she needs to go to the vet and be examined and then given the proper medication to clear up the problem. she may need antibiotics.
Sounds like she has an allergy, possibly to her food or something else. She needs to see a vet.
