Burning sensation in my leg and hair loss?

Hi, i'm really worried about this as it seems odd.

I've been getting a burning sensation my lower left leg, maybe once every few days, it feels like my leg is close to something hot. The first few times i had to check that it wasn't as it felt so real.

I didn't think much more of it till i noticed earlier that i've lost all my leg hair right where the sensations have been, essentially a wide strip up from the ankle to the knee on the outside of the leg.

What can possibly be the cause?

I'm male, 25 years old if thats any relevance, i've not burnt it or had it near heat or anything like that

The leg hair loss is sudden btw, since the sensation started. I have very hairy legs and its noticeable, the loss is not thinning or natural, it looks completely shaved and not over a period, almost overnight clearlyBurning sensation in my leg and hair loss?
mayben some type of internal combution. or a nerve or something like that. you should go to web md, and do the symptom checker. that might helpBurning sensation in my leg and hair loss?
Anemia
YOU GOT THAT STANKY LEG!
you should see a doc asap, you could have some tissue death also called cellulitis of your leg although I am not quite certain about the hair.It is basically like an Infection, has it turned red?...so have that checked out please, good luck
okay, i have no really great answer..i would see a doc. the only thing i can think of is you possibly being drunk and passed out and someone shaving your leg (someone did this to my friend's beard)..other than that, maybe a new supplement. ??? i don't know..just guessing. definitely see a doc though. it might be protein deficiency, but usually you lose hair from your head, not your legs..good luck.
it could be non diabetic neuropathy [assuming you are not a diabetic]. this is a condition of the nerve ends ';firing'; causing terrible burning in the extremeties [legs, hands, feet]. alot of the time it is casued by some sort of trauma to the spine OR it is caused by severe stress that can trigger this condition. I would definitely see a neurologist, at least the fam doctor. the hair loss- i am not quite sure about unless it is ';firing'; so severely that it is ';killing'; the hair follicle \ roots themselves. I hope this is NOT what you have. It is painful, but treatable, and very cumbersome. Good luck
