Whats wrong with my dogs skin?

My American Bulldog has had a small bump that eventually spread to the size of an average hand. There is no hair loss and sometimes has 3-4 red bumps. It doesn't cause her pain or Itch and its been here for 3 weeks. What in the world could this be?Whats wrong with my dogs skin?
