WHAT is making me sick?

I have been feeling like I am 80 years old ever since I was around 12/13 I am now 22... I've gone to the doctors COUNTLESS times over the past years asking them what they can do for me, and it seems like if they don't have a medicine to cover up the pain, they don't really want to get down to solving the problem. All I need to know is the cause of this problem, and whether or not I can do anything about it.

My symptoms are:

Joint pain- I've been diagnosed with osteoarthritis

Dizziness %26amp; Fatigue

Hair loss at times of stress

halonevus/vitiligo skin disorders

raynaud's disease, which is a circulatory disorder

joint locking

diarrhea

occasional numbness in toes

chronic yeast infections and UTI's

overall chronic candida (thrush)

I have googled all these symptoms and I have found a bunch of different things that come up. I have been tested for lupus twice and was negative. I am at the point of giving up!!! I NEED HELP! it is RUINING my life.WHAT is making me sick?
I have heard that Chronic fatigue is related to candida. I know people who have struggled with candida for years. See if you can find a candida support group in your area. I know people who have treated this by cutting out yeast, white wheat, (maybe wheat all together), cutting out sugar entirely, and all sweets, including corn sweetener. They have had to rotate grains, which means that you don't mix grains and you don't do them for more than two days in a row. So on Monday you only eat brown rice, brown rice crackers or brown rice cakes. You eat it with salads or whatever else, just no other grains or sweets, The next day you have to switch to another grain, such as barley or millet. You have to get these things at the health food stores and you have to read the labels carefully because I have found that things that are advertised like ';amaranth crackers'; list ';wheat'; as the first ingredient. You have to learn to do things like make pancakes from rice flour or barley and you have to find out if you can tolerate grains that are similar to wheat, such as spelt. Some people can not take spelt since it is too closely related to wheat. For the Arthritis, you have to cut out the nightshades. The top of these is tomatoes, but it also includes eggplant, cabbage, potatos, and peppers. There are books that list the nightshades and what to avoid. This is a really difficult regimen and it leaves one eating mostly oatmeal and steamed spinich. You can not include yogurt, you also have to cut out cheese, you can not flavor with soy sauce or chile powder. You have to plan way ahead and bring your own food to almost every social gathering, but I know people who have been successful.

For circulatory problems, you might consult a chinese doctor. You might have blocks that are not allowing your kidneys and liver to function properly. It sounds like you might be having kidney problems, if not kidney failure. If you can determine if all of the problems are related to your digestive system, your endocrine system, or your circulatory system, you can probably start to implement a solution that will help clear all of them up.WHAT is making me sick?

Im not sure what kind of doctors you are seeing.. But i would highly recommend seeing team doctors.. Team doctors are usaully at University Hospitals.. They are a group of very talented doctors that dont give up until they know whats causing your symptoms and pain.. Good Luck
go to site called ';notmilk.com';
You seem to have an awful amount of health problems, but most of them are intertwined too. The amount of stress you seem to be under will only exacerbate these symptoms too. When this happens it must seem like they're all just under one diagnosis, but when you have 3 of them you must think that you are really bad, but try to look at this differently and it will help. Your 3 main diagnosis's are Raynaud's, osteoarthritis and the infections of UTI,yeast and thrush. The infections will come and go, and I really think that you are cross contaminating yourself with both UTI and yeast too. Thrush is in the same category as yeast and is the same thing. Please try to understand that the stress your putting yourself under is the main cause for the things like the hair loss and diarrhea. Skin disorders too and are found in Raynaud's anyway as is the tingling and numbness are. You can turn this around by getting help for stress and anxiety disorders. This will help you control these times when everything seems to run together. You might ask your GP for a referral to someone that can help you with that. Good luck and God Bless
Is your CBC normal? Such as normal white cell count, etc. Also, do you experience any sort of chronic dry mouth? Finally, do you bruise easily?

EDIT: Can you clarify on what you mean by joint locking? Also, did they test your serum Calcium levels? If so, do you know if it's elevated or not? Honestly, from the broad list of symptoms you've described, I'm inclined to think it's some type of malignancy such as Multiple Myeloma. This is actually the main reason why I asked for your CBC, because depending on the status of your WBC count and plasma proteins, it could rule out hematological malignancies or support it. Once again, I can't confirm this is what it is, as it will require additional testing, but the fact that you're presenting with recurrent infections, thrush, bone problems, and with the presence of proteins in your urine indicating renal damage, these symptoms does resemble Multiple Myeloma.
Hi

Your question seems pretty self explanatory. You are looking for an overall condition when you're suffering from multiple illnesses.

As you have already stated you have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, this is what is causing the joint pains. That along with your medication is causing your joints to lock.

At the beginning of this year I had a terrible flu and got reactive arthritis from it, the joint pains, locking and stiffness was horrific, basically bed ridden for a fortnight. The medication caused dizziness and fatigue.

Unfortunately the steroid based medication can cause these symptoms and it is just the case of either requesting a different medication from your GP or a higher dosage.

The hair loss you mentioned is again as you said a stress factor. The more you stress the worse your conditions will become.

Halonevus/vitiligo is a separate condition and will be treated as such by your GP.

Raynaud's disease, could also be affecting your joints and also a helping factor to your halonevus.

chronic yeast infections and UTI's again is a separate illness, as is chronic candida.

Lastly as your comment on Lupus. Do not be one of those annoying people who watch House and Grey's Anatomy, hear a condition and run with it. It is so frustrating!

Lupus is a very rare condition and is so hard to diagnose as the symptoms point to many illnesses.

You cannot define your problems as one illness, you have many aliments and they are all affecting each condition.

I am sorry, you will have to treat each problem individually, but the chances are you will not cure the osteoarthritis.

xx
Wow. I'm sorry you feel so bad. Sounds like Fibromyalgia to me. I've had it for years. It really can make your life a misery. Perhaps you should look up Fibromyalgia and see how you compare. There are many forums and groups out there that have people who can relate to you.

Try to take some of the advice offered and see how you feel. Not everything works for everybody, but the symptoms are varied as are the things you can do to help the problems. It can flare in times of stress and inadequate sleep. I think you'll find this may be your answer.
