Does anyone know what hormone rises to causes dry skin, fatigue, hair loss, mild depression during breastfeeding? I was thinking it might have to do with cortisol levels or thyroid levels. I have like skin of a 60 year old right now!Dry Skin and Fatigue while Breastfeeding?
Sound more like dehydration, try drinking more water and eating three meals a day, it will re-energize you and ensure that you are producing enough milk for the child without draining yourself.
