Why cant i get a boyfriend?

ok. im a junior in high school now. all of my friends have boy friends except for me. its hard cause they are always talking about their boyfriends when we are together and i have nothing to say.



i have blond hair blue eyes 5ft 2. i also hav a rare hair loss diseas so i dont have eyebrows and eyelashes i do cover it up pretty well. most of my friends say i am ';the life of the party'; but im not to wild. some adults say i am more mature then my age. would that have something to do with it? its just hard to see, i see all these heavier sometimes gross looking girls with these nice guys and it just shocks me. guys never seem interested in me.



can i have some advice or could someone tell me whats wrong if anything?Why cant i get a boyfriend?
You sound like a great girl. I dont think anything is wrong with you, perhaps guys are intimidated or nervous to say anything to you. Out of experience Id say that we guys are very self conscience when it comes to talking to girls. Be patient and dont rush into anything..those are the type of relationships that dont work out. best of luckWhy cant i get a boyfriend?
Dont worry one bit! I was in a similar position to you, I didn't get my first kiss til i was nearly 16, and wierdly that was with the guy im with now even though we didn't speak for about 6months! we broke up a few months ago, but now we're back together because i realised i do still love him...just goes to show you have to wait for the right person who really appreciates you, because there is nothing wrong with you whatsoever :)
girlllll i feel you! lmao theres just somethin wrong with the world! theres nothing wrong with you and dont go thinking that there is you just havent met the right person but someday probably soon youll meet a great guy who likes you exactly how you are so try to just have fun with life and try not to think about it, yes i know its hard lol
honestly, it might just be because your pretty. those nice looking guys with those heavier, gross looking girls is because they don't think that they will get rejected by gross looking girls. However, they might think that you will reject them because they think you have ';higher standards';

Same here! Except im 14. My excuse is that im uglier than the other girls (lol) but ill grow out of this awkward stage by the time i hit 16, 17 tops! I dont think the problem here is you, i think its the guys around you. The hot ones are probably too much of a douchebag to try out a nice person (like you) so they chase after the snobby supermodel types that will end up looking like old men by the time they turn 25. And the nice guys are just too afraid or self conscious to talk to you because they're scared you're too out of their league and will reject them. I say you should try to seem available but dont flirt with a lot of guys because theyll start thinkin your a tease. But also dont lower your standards because your desperate to have a boyfriend. Jut play it cool and hang out with a few guys and then in a while the right guy will have the courage to ask you out and you'll be glad you stuck it out!
