Can someone please tell me all the possible causes you can think of for hair loss in a 14 year old girl?

for the past five months my hair has been falling out like crazy.

i'm pretty sure i've lost half the volume i used to have, and i'm not trying to exaggerate.

i used to have extremely thick hair, like to the point when at times i wanted thinner hair. and now it's such a heartbreaking experience for me.

some people might think it's stupid (but i bet many others will understand) that i have such an emotional attachment, but losing it is making me so upset.

call me a baby, but i'm crying at this very moment, and i have many times before over the past 5 months.

i've been to doctors, had blood tests, searched online for hours but the only thing that showed up was a slightly low iron level (so i was borderline anemic) but i'm on iron supplements and adding more meat into my previous more vegetarian-like diet, but that's not helping.

i've tried so much and it's not helping.

please help me! :(Can someone please tell me all the possible causes you can think of for hair loss in a 14 year old girl?
1. Too much chemicals will cause hair loss, This is true for perm lotions, bleaches, and some hair colourants. The less chemical treatments in your hair the better

2. Use warm or cold water to wash your hair.Gently massage your scalp twice daily using your fingertips and not your nails

3. Avoid Blow drying of the hair where possible. If you really have to use it then use a low heat setting and avoid placing the dryer too close to the head. Throw away all the curling tools and flat iron.

4.Use soft towel to dry your hair, hard one might break your hair.

5. Watever product you put on your hair like gels... avoid contact with your scalp

6. Once a week try to gently massage a good quality oil, such as coconut oil, into the scalp. Leave on for a couple of hours and then use a gentle shampoo to remove. THis provides great nourishment to the scalp and hair follicles

7.Avoid hair styles that pull on your hair. This includes tight ponytails etc. The pulling stretches and breaks the hair.

8. Regular gentle brushing of the hair is great but avoid harsh brushing as this strips and stretches the hair,

9. After swimming in a pool, rinse hair as soon as possible with fresh water to remove excess chlorine. Wash hair with a mild shampoo as soon as is convenient.

10. And last but not least Maintain a healthy and balanced diet

Poor nutrition and vitamin uptake is responsible for a great deal of hair loss
