year ago I suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.

the things that really worked for me was:

1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed and Provilluss (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)

Those are a good products that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

My best advice would be to go %26amp; see a doctor.

Hair loss can be caused by many things such as stress or a hormone imbalance. Amongst other reasons. Have you been very stressed lately?

Being that you are 14 %26amp; your body is changing - it might be hormonal? Chaste Tree (herbal supplement) might help you get your hormones into balance.

I would definately see your doctor first tho - just in case it is caused by something else. Best not to muck around with it - they can test your blood %26amp; check on your hormone levels as well as other factors that may be causing this.

I wish you all the best %26amp; don't be afraid to see your doctor.
A kid's hair may fall out if he or she uses harsh chemicals to dye, bleach, straighten, or perm the hair. Even drying hair with very high heat can hurt it and cause it to fall out. Too-tight braids, ponytails, and barrettes can also make hair hit the road. Hair also can be lost if a person combs or brushes the hair too hard, especially when it's wet.
well, i know that hair thins out as you get older but im not sure about 14! i'm 20 and had really thick hair when I was your age, but my hair is ALOT thinner too now. I think its because of all the chemicals and junk I put in it, and because I brush it vigorously. I think you should talk to a doctor, I really do. I'm going to, too! %26lt;3
Your hair might be very fragile, try looking for shampoo that will make it stronger. If that doesn't work then you might have to see a doctor about it. You shouldn't be losing hair at such a young age.
It could be hormonal, or a medication you're taking. You could have an auto-immune disease called alopecia areata (it's very rare). You could have a lot of different things.

Go see a doctor about it.
i think you could have alopecia, which basically means you might as well shave your head and buy a wig. your hair will still grow back but go to the doctor to be sure.
O_o are you stressed at school? at home? anywhere? if so, maybe that could be the cause of it.
Embrace it, shave the rest of it off, go bald.
if your hair is normally really thick then it could just be thinning out.

or you could have cancer.
Get a wig hun
wigs are healthy but oooh boy if they fallout during p.e class O.O
The condition when hair comes out for an unknown reason is called ';alopecia';. If you have very low iron, such as from not having protein in your diet, and losing iron from menstruation, it could cause hair loss; so could anorexia.

Other reasons could be metabolic in nature, stress, or sometimes it happens for no apparent reason, as I mentioned above. You need to be evaluated medically. Try not to stress too much from it, as that won't help. You can buy hair pieces that clip on to the top of the head to match your natural hair color, instead of an entire wig, if you find that you have some medical condition that is going to keep your hair from going back for a while.

They are made from real or synthetic hair, and are reasonably priced, and sometimes health insurance pays for them. I know this because as a hospice volunteer, I work with cancer patients who have lost all of their hair due to treatments.

Because I suffer from pernicious anemia, I have had hair loss, and I understand your frustration....I have thin, fine hair to begin with, so I didn't have a strand to spare...but I wear really cute hats a lot, so no one is the wiser to my hair dilemma most of the time.

Girls look great in hats, and guys really notice the one girl standing out in a hat when she is the only one in the room wearing one! That's what I call making lemonade out of your lemons!

Good luck; feel free email me and let me know what is going on.
I kind of know how you feel . . . I was born with really thin hair, so it comes out when I shower, brush or run my fingers through it and it has done for as long as I can remember.

But if you haven't got naturally thin hair then it's probably the result of hair dying/bleaching, using stuff like hydrogen peroxide or sun activated hair sprays (Sun-In). it could also be the types of shampoo you use, you could be having a sort of allergic reaction to them.

OR it could be because you use hair straightners. heat damages the hair, so if you are going to straighten your hair then use a heat-protectant spray (you can buy them at drug stores).

there are also several diseases related to hair loss, the most common (although it's quite rare) is alopecia, so maybe you should go see a doctor about it. Also anorexia and other nutrition/diet problems causes hair to fall out, so make sure you are eating lots of protein in your diet - meat, nuts, eggs and milk.

another common cause of hair loss is stress! so sit back, relax and stop worrying, because it might actually be the worrying that's causing the problem.

Do you face hair loss and wish to learn the most curative treatments that you can employ to stop the hair loss condition effectively? Make sure you read this article now. In this article, I will share with you some of the greatest and most powerful solutions that I've personally practiced to treat hair loss and promote new hair regrowth.

Facing The Major Element of Hair Loss

The leading cause of thinning and balding hair is really DHT or dihydrotestosterone, a hormone that inclines to bind itself to your hair follicles and other receptor sites. As a direct result, your hair follicles get trapped, reduced and stuffed thus stimulating loss of hair and baldness.

For this reason, it is most effective that you put in most if not all of your effort on zapping and containing dihydrotestosterone. There are a good number of very effective treatments you can use to attain that goal:

Use finasteride, minoxidil and other drugs to control DHT.

Use the nature's most remedial herbs. Herbs like saw palmetto and pygeum are extraordinary natural DHT inhibiting agents that work just as capable as, if not stronger than most drug-based treatments.

Make several modifications to your everyday dieting and eating habits. Drink more water and cut down on the intake of fats and sugar.

Get sufficient amount of sleep and reduce stress. Not getting enough sleep every day and extreme stress induce your body to manufacture and discharge more baldness-causing DHT.

Promoting Good Hair Growth
