I'm 22 and apparently my family are saying that I'm gaining abnormal hair loss; you can roughly see the skin of my head which apparently means it's bad.
What are the number of reasons towards my hair loss? I know one could be stress but could my diet be affecting it too? And does staying up late be the cause? I make sure I get at least 7-8 hours even when staying up late so it should be OK, right? And what other reasons beyond the previous reasons I mentioned?
And another question I like to ask: what remedies are there to cure hair loss? That and any advice and such are very much welcome!What are the number of reasons of getting hair loss (I'm only 22 and apparently getting bad hair loss)?
anyway as we know - hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago my husband suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed and Provilluss (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)
Those are a good products that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for him!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed and Provillus but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

http://www.provilluss.infoWhat are the number of reasons of getting hair loss (I'm only 22 and apparently getting bad hair loss)?
Common causes of hair loss are:
- poor nutrition
- stress (from any source)
- medications
- skin disease like lupus
- hormonal imbalances
- kidney or liver failure
You can try visiting your doctor to have the proper diagnosis on why you are losing hair. You could also get the best advice on how to deal with your present condition.
you're gonna hear things like ';genetics'; and ';lack of protein in your diet'; and ';chemicals in your shampoo'; and ';DHT attacking your hair follicles'; along with the things you've mentioned.
If there's any remedies to cure hair loss I'd like to know too as I'm rapidly losing hair at the age of 23. Maybe we're just unfortunate, or maybe something is affecting us. I'm noticing a LOT of people our age losing our hair earlier than usual.
my friend is 18 and bald and not that stressed at all maybe you should use some cream on that
Stress is a big hair loss factor. You must find productive ways to eliminate stress from your life. Worrying about hair loss only makes it worse. If it is being caused by genetics, there is absolutley nothing you can do but accept the inevitable %26amp; get on with the rest of your life. You can shore up your diet by eliminating junk food, fast food garbage %26amp; sugary sweet soda's. No smoking, no beer/ale, booze or drugs. Start taking a B-Complex tablet daily to help promote healthy hair growth. It is not a miracle cure and it will take several months before you can tell a noticeable difference. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite's rest. 8 hours sleep is beneficial. Get up one hour early every morning %26amp; take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Within 90 days you will be surprised how much better you look %26amp; feel.
Here are some reasons that may be the cause.
Ageing
Hormonal Imbalance
Illness and infectious diseases
Nervous disorders
Toxic substances
Injury and impairment
Severe radiation
Each of these problems can be a contributory factor towards hair loss, if there is a combination of two or more then the chances of hair loss are increased considerably.
You may think after reading this that none of these reasons could be the cause for you. But just have a double check.
You may have a gene that causes hair loss early for you.
I stay up late and I am not losing hair.
If you eat healthy food (fruit %26amp; vegetables, balanced diet of meat and fish) than there is no chance for this to effect hair loss.
As you can see there are many and varying explanations given for the cause of hair loss.
But remember, each clinic, consultant and even doctors will give different explanations for the cause of baldness as each person is trying to convince you that their products are the best on the market. Doctors who are not out to sell you anything do not usually see hair loss as a problem and are therefore not interested in giving you a reason for hair loss. Clinics have to sell to make a profit, so will try to convince you that their explanation is the real one and they just happen to have a cure for it.
If you can't do anything about it then wigs or fake hair could be an option. But don't waste your money if you are happy to put up with it.
Hope this helps.
