I suffer from hair loss, probably male pattern baldness and a hair cream was recommended to me by a friend, after reading the pamphlet I found out that it contains several nutrients as well as natural DHT blockers.
As far as I've read it seems like DHT blockers are safe somehow but I'd like a more professional opinion about the harms (if any) that can happen to men because of DHT blockersCan natural DHT inhibitors/blockers (for hair loss) cause harm?
The 'supplements' industry paid off [excuse me, I meant 'contributed to the campaigns of'] a bunch of congressswine and got just about all regulations on them lifted.
Until they start killing multiple people nothing happens.
THere is NO requirement that the stuff be safe and effective. THey can claim anythign they want, even if it is provably false.
There is no FDA testing or inspection. They could have a dead wino in their plant and nobody would do anything.
THere is no FDA testing to make sure the pills contain what they say they do, or in the stated quantity.
In fact, maybe 10 years ago some academic researchers bought a bunch of supplements and analyzed them for active ingredient; they found a twenty to one variation in active ingredient between pills in the same bottle ! It was even worse between bottles and between brands.
In short, you really cannot trust ANYTHING said by the supplements industry. Can natural DHT inhibitors/blockers (for hair loss) cause harm?
Natural DHT blockers are safe. As with any product natural or chemical there is no saying with 100% certainty that you won't have an adverse reaction. Having said that, all the research I've done suggests that it's completely safe for most people. You might consider checking out comparison sites that review hair loss treatments. This will give you information to make an informed decision about thegoods needed to choose the right hair loss (DHT) blocker for you.
Good luck
