Does straightening hair cause future hair loss?

I use to straighten my hair constantly 6 months ago. Around those six months i noticed some hair falling out, so i stopped straightening my hair completely and now six months later i am constantly shedding, my hair is thinner.. did the constant straightening in the past cause my hair to fall out now in the present? I am so stressed because of this.. Is there anything I can do what is the cause of this? i have been taking hair vitamins.. no improvement.. idk what to do i went to the doctor he gave me a medicine to control my hormones nothing works! is there a shampoo i should use i have very oily hair? what shampoos are there that don't damage or stress hair?Does straightening hair cause future hair loss?
no straightening doesn cause hair loss- it only effects the hair thats being straightened.


straightening it can cause breakage to the hair and therfore cause it to get thinner.
