i have been trying for 2 years to loose weight. i do softball everyday except sunday. and i haven't lost any weight. its barely muscle. can not eating help loose weight? will not eating even help? what do i need to do? is there a good diet that i, as a 14 year old, can try? i have stretch marks from over weight too. but im only 145 pounds, 14, athletic, and 5'3';. and i wear a medium shirts. but im still overweight, maybe its cause my hips are so wide. but i don't know. FML. i have a low self esteem cause i feel fat and have stretch marks. how do i get to feeling better about myself. im not pretty so i cant see the good things about me. i can only see the bad things. like my bad achene that want go away and my ugly freckles. my ugly stringy hair. my wide hips. giant love handles. dang it. i cant even wear a bathing suit this summer. i will have to wear long shorts and a tshirt just to swim cause of the stretch marks.Good weight loss. how. why is it so hard? and stretch marks. start doing sit ups. that will help tighten your stomach. also start doing pilates. this is really good for flexibilty and makes you feel really good about yourself.
start jogging as well, not alot though.
cut out all pop/sweets. none of this is nessecary and won't help you loose weight! buy frozen blueberries and strawberries. they're sweet and not loaded with calories.
now you can't really change the shape of your hips, but don't worry about it guys love curvy woman. theres this girl at my school that is stick thin skinny, with no curves and all the guys say she's not sexy.
for your acne start showering everyday after softball. you really need to keep your skin clean same with your hair, you'll see a difference. get a good face wash from clean and clear, maybe a oil removing one?
for your hair maybe get a haircut. get some nice layers and highlights. trust me when you have awesome hair you forget about all other flaws and just think man i love my hair. keep your hair healthy by using a good shampoo. try aussie, they have awesome shampoos.
every morning when you look in the mirror take a good look at yourself and think of 3 things you love about yourself. maybe you have really beautiful eyes? tell yourself that. maybe you hair nice pouted lips? or a nice bust (this gets my esteem up all the time cause i think of guys and stuff).
if you want start wearing make up. just do eyeliner and mascara, unless you already wear it.
make yourself, in your eyes, the most beautiful you've ever seen yourself.

i have been overweight too for sometime but not now.i have managed to get rid almost 30pounds but i am still trying to lose more.
so,the thing is i have tried almost everything including the no eating diet.
it is a VERY BAD idea! yes you do lose weight but you are starving and all you can hear is your stomach growling.plus you will feel very weak and headache all the time because your body is lack of everything.so no to not eating
eat less and cut the sugar,the flour,the animal food as much as you can
eat more fruits and veges but on empty stomach and it will really help you in losing weight
do not eat pass 8pm.if you are so hungry,take a small fruit instead of those fatty snacks
but losing weight need determination.i have been saying i want to lose weight for years but only now i turn that words into actions.so,you must really need make sure you REALLY want to lose weight NOW.good luck
