My guinea pig has hair loss in two symmetrical regions on her back about 3cm long and 1.5cm wide, help!!?

Is this a cancer? The balding is not red, there is no signs of fleas or bitten hair, it is literally like the hair has just fallen out leaving normal skin beneath it.





I used to keep two guinea pigs and just one week ago one died leaving Gingersnap on her own, is it possible that nerves and worry has caused her to lose her hair?





Please help as soon as possible, I have photos but not sure how to attach them, really worried about her!!
