My hair is falling out, please please help me?

Please I know this is gross but that is how much my hair falls out a week, maybe less than a week.

I have called my doctor and I'm setting up an appointment to see her.

In the past 6 weeks I have combed bleach in it twice, dyed it brown twice and used ';Color Opps'; on it twice. I regret all of it but I can't do anything now. Is this why my hair is falling out though? Or is it from my medication? I am on 3 medications that may cause hair loss.

What products can I use to get my hair back? I've stopped all heat damage to my hair. I'm getting off one major medication that was making my hair thin. I stopped it 2 days ago.

My recommendation is go see your doctor. Tell him you are loosing hair. He might be able to find an alternative medicine that doesn't cause hair loss.

Its not because of all the bleaching and coloring you are doing [thought I will tell you to be careful with that] because your hair would be breaking off. Since it is coming out in handfuls I could only assume its from the medication.

And since it is from the medication the only way to stop it is to switch medicine.

You need to stop using shampoo for the time being while you get this mess sorted out. Shampoo contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate which kills the already exposed follicles and hair can never growth from that follicle again. So while you sort out the problem which might be both the various treatments done to your hair as well as the medication. Just grunge and try washing your hair with conditioner instead if it gets too dirty, until your old thickness is restored.
use this mixture:

1 cup of ketchup

1/2 cup of mayonase

1/4 cup of egg whites



mix it all together and leave it on your hair for 10-15 minutes. wash it off with warm water. worked for me!
