Thinning hair 14 year old, what to do?

Hi, I am a 14 year old boy who is experiencing thinning hair in the front and top of my hair but mainly in front. you can now see my scalp through my hair and it seems like its balding. i would like to know what i can do to prevent further hair loss. my hair also seems quite weak as a simple touch may cause it to fall. also, i seem to have a lot of flakes in my hair even after using dandruff shampoo, the next day they seem to appear again. help!Thinning hair 14 year old, what to do?
go to a doctor before it gets worse.. better safe than sorry.
