WEATHER AND HAIR LOSS?

I want to know if cold weather can cause excessive hair shedding? I had alopecia areata before and I read somewhere that it also causes generalized hair loss;I consulted a homeopathic doc and he gave me some medication which helped me a lot.The bald patches disappeared and hair stopped falling out.But since winter has started full throttle in my area,the hair loss has returned.I know it's not because of the alopecia , cuz there are no bald patches.I even had myself examined by the doctor, and there was nothing wrong with my health.I eat fruits and vegetables,milk and overall I have a healthy diet.I also oil my hair regularly.But my brush fills when I brush , and my clothes and sweaters have hair stuck on them.I really want to grow my hair long and thick, and Im very depressed about this.Is it the cold weather affecting my hair?WEATHER AND HAIR LOSS?
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hairWEATHER AND HAIR LOSS?
You bet it is.... Try humidifying your room, especially if you have hot forced air heat... Try everything


to keep the moisture up while you are in your living space. But not too much as this can also


breed some molds and things as such...

It shouldnt do. I have quite long hair (I'm a guy) and I always feel the cold air is damanging but its ok. Your scalp should take damange and shed hair. Maybe it depends in your age. How old are you?
the weather has nothing to do with it. everyone loses a certain amount of hair and new hair grows back in.
