I am wondering what could be the cause of this. I visited a dermatologist and she basically gave me a foam to apply to the acne once a day and a pill to take. She said I have a form of alopecia, for which she gave me a shampoo and then told me to make sure I was getting enough protein each day. I take one biotin and one vitamin c tablet everyday (I used to take a multivitamin), b/c biotin is suppose to be good for your skin and hair.
I was wondering if there is anything more natural I can do to resolve my problems. They are very upsetting and I would like to especially get rid of all this acne. I don't know how much of my issue is genetic vs. my environment. I do have stress sometimes, but I don't think this is the sole cause of the acne and hair loss.
Any thoughts would be appreciatedAcne on face, back, shoulders, and chest %26amp; thinning hair in the middle of the scalp?
Do you fix your hair??? If not, this could be the cause of your loss hair. Just from my point of view when you just leave your hair down it could cause hair loss. Meaning the line that goes in the middle of your head could cause it.. If your hair is heavy it could cause this.. What kind of shampoo are you using??? If you been using one all the time it might be a good to switch it up... Acne is really embrassing!! I had it soo, I been there before.. One advice I could give you is used the bar soap AVORY.. It dries up your acne.. Everytime you feel your face is greasy wipe it off.. Everytime you sweat make sure you change your shirt.. One other advice I could give u is whatever you do don't scratch your back it leaves nasty scars.. looks like boilers..I have those and I wish I never pick on my pimples or scratch them. Then it could even be hormones too..,Acne on face, back, shoulders, and chest %26amp; thinning hair in the middle of the scalp?
The could be many causes like stress, clogged skin pores, your diet and other for you to get acne on your face and body. To get rid of these acne problems, you would need two treatments, one for your face and the other for the body. For facial acne you should try the Derma Cleanse Acne Gel which is an effective treatment for facial acne and provides quick results. The gel provides quick relief from facial acne and prevents it from appearing by keeping the pores of the skin clean from oil, dirt and bacteria. The gel also provides relief from the redness and swelling that acne often appears with.
For body acne a good and effective treatment is Zenmed's Body Acne Combo. This treatment consists of two products, a botanical mask and a botanical acne wash. The mask is first applied all over the affected region of the body 5 to 10 minutes before a shower and once in the shower, the mask is washed off with the acne wash and water. Two to three weeks of applying this treatment should see your body acne gone and your skin looking healthy and well toned. Remember this is only for treating body acne and not facial acne.

People suffering from mild or moderate body acne, I heartily recommend the Clear Pores System. Hard to treat cases are better left to a dermatologist鈥檚 skills, although ClearPores is certainly up to the task.
The best way to treat acne is to cleanse the skin with a solution containing Salicylic Acid and SD Alcohol 40. The ClearPores body and face washes contain these two excellent ingredients, which are accompanied by the well-known Aloe Vera (to soothe the skin and help the healing process), Dandelion Root and Yellow Dock.

Also...keep your body skin clean every day and be careful not to trigger acne or rashes by wearing very tight clothing or heavy backpacks. If you feel your clothing, backpack or purse is causing you skin problems, then start thinking about alternatives.
