I am a healthy 29-year-old who is active and eats a balanced diet. I have had blood tests to no avail. I am not on any medications and these symptoms are driving me nuts! I don't know what to do. My hair is thinning, I am always exhausted, and I am constantly constipated.
Does anyone know what could cause these three symptoms, or know of any way to get relief? I have tried over the counter meds, prescriptions, and natural aids and nothing. It sucks! Are hair loss, constipation, and fatigue related?
Some of the possibilities are:
1: Thyroid disorder (Hypothyroidism - You require T3/ T4/ and TSH test for that)
2: Vitamins and microneutrients deficiency/ abnormal Calcium metabolism.
3: Chronic fatigue syndrome.
4: IBS
Take plenty of fluids/ lots of green leafy vegetables/ Avoid junk food, fattyy, spicy foods/ 30 mins daily brisk walk/ Do either Pranayam or Qi Konk (both are a type of meditational and inspiration exercises, one is Indian and other one is chinese).
Just try by for 3 weeks, I am sure you will benefited by it
Best wishesAre hair loss, constipation, and fatigue related?
Hair loss and fatigue are signs of autointoxication caused by long-term constipation.
Maybe you need a detox program (including enemas or colon irrigation). After that, I suspect you need to review your diet, which may not be as balanced as you think - try increasing fruit, veg, nuts etc whilst decreasing dairy and meat (vegetarians suffer from constipation, amongst other things, less than meat eaters!).
I agree with Dehli Surgeon's answer above
There are too many possible causes for what you describe to even begin taking a guess about it. You should go see a doctor for a simple check over - please don't rely on online sources for things like this.
A thyroid problem is certainly possible and you can read more about thyroid and fatigue here: http://www.just2tired.com - but again, you can guess or speculate all you like about what might be going on - it will still just be speculation until you get the tests done.
Don't panic about this - but you really do need to go see someone for a check over
Hope that helps
i do know stress and worry can have a big effect with a number of those things, hair loss and consipation can sometimes be put down to that.
With your blood test, did you do a thyroid test?
Cos this sounds like it could be thyroid related
If you are losing your hair, you know that the process doesn't simply affect the way you look; it can also affect the way you feel about yourself. If you are interested in slowing down the results of male pattern baldness and stimulating new hair growth, then you're ready for the amazing results of Provillus.
The majority of products on the market make use of a variety of chemicals that can have harmful side effects and actually cause damage to your hair and scalp. Moreover, most of these chemicals are inconsistent at best when it comes to stopping hair loss. Provillus, a safe and all-natural hair loss solution, blocks the hormone DHT, which has been linked to 95 percent of hair loss. It also provides your scalp with nutrients that are essential to stimulating hair growth.
Saw palmetto, an essential active ingredient in Provillus, is one of the few natural substances that have been approved by the FDA for use in hair loss programs. When you use our hair loss supplements, the saw palmetto will lower DHT levels by blocking receptor sites on cell membranes. As DHT levels subside, hair loss will subside as well.
Along with saw palmetto, Provillus utilizes vitamins such as B6 and natural extracts that provide your scalp and hair follicles with vital nutrients. This means that you will not only keep the hair you have, you can actually gain back some of the hair you have lost! The process is easy and effective. We have had so much success with our product that we are willing to give you a money back guarantee when you order. For more informatiom visit: http://www.MyDesiredProducts.com
