I think this could have something to do with blood sugar levels and maybe when my blood sugar levels get too high with carbs they cause my hair to fall out more...I was off a med that I was on for years that kept my blood sugar low as a side effect..now I'm noticing it more..I feel better when my blood sugar is higher than it was then but the hair loss is more and I can notice it after eating a meal with a lot of carbs...will exercise hurt or help in hair loss and is there any supplement I can take to prevent blood sugar from spiking too much without making me have low blood sugar for a long period of time...I figure a low carb diet would keep my hair lasting longer but do not wish to go that routeHair loss after carbohydrate meals, but not much after higher protein meals..?
