I can masturbate and ejaculate...But no orgasm? (Long, but please read)?

I asked this question a little bit ago, but I felt like I needed a second opinion.

Okay, first of all, I'm an eighteen year old male (still in high school; graduating this year), and I've got a variety of conditions, including OCD, ADD, anxiety, and I suspect mild depression. I'm on Adderall for the ADD, and Lexapro for the OCD, anxiety, and depression. I'm also on Abilify, which I switched to two weeks ago from Risperdal because the latter had side effects, namely a loss of libido. Because of this, I never felt the need to masturbate, and prior to about a week ago I'd never ejaculated.

I've experimented enough over the past few days to discover what arouses me most: putting a clean sock over my penis, sticking it inside the sleeve of a pillow case, and humping it at varying speeds. I know I'm doing the right thing because it feels really, REALLY satisfying, and I don't want it to stop. But when it gets to the point where I can't hold it in anymore and I ***, it feels good. But there's no orgasm accompanied with it: No muscle spasms, no uncontrollable noises...Just ejaculation.

I know this is usually the opposite of what most people experience (orgasm with no ejaculation), and it's causing me a great deal of distress. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'll tell you a few things about me to see if you might be able to explain my problem.

1) I don't think it's that I'm stressed when I'm doing it; I'm fairly good at forming sexual fantasies (some really sick and twisted ones at that, but they turn me on).

2) I considered that I may not even be ejaculating, but I don't know what else it would be. It's not precum; I know what that looks like because I've seen it when I've failed at masturbating on the tip of my penis - just a drop though. It's not urine because it doesn't leave a yellow stain on my pillow case and doesn't smell like ammonia. I'm almost positive it's semen, but there's a slight possibility it's not. I always *** in my pillow case, so I've never seen if it's white when spurting on something that doesn't absorb liquid.

3) I'm not on a healthy diet. I'm not overweight, but this is only because my lack of appetite (medication side effect I believe) compensates for my love of sugary and fatty foods.

4) I'm very small for my age; I'm 5'6'; and 128lbs. I've spoken with an endochrinologist about this though, and he says I have ';idiopathic short stature,'; which is nothing serious but means that I just won't be very tall. Growth hormones won't help either; the doctor also said my growth hormone level was fine.

5) As of the past week (following my medication transition and my masturbation breakthrough), I've been very horny. Not average horny (and I know for men this means very horny anyway), but extremely horny. I can't escape the thought of sex from my mind; it's driving me insane. I've got to carry my books in front of me at school to hide an erection that I get from looking at EVERY girl at school and thinking about having sex with them. These thoughts are driving me insane, and I just want to masturbate all the time, even though I can't orgasm.

6) I was among the last - nay, probably THE last - in my age group to go through puberty. I don't even think I'm all the way through it yet (even at age 18); mainly because I can't even grow facial hair yet.

Thank you for reading the entire question; I know it was too long and detailed for most.I can masturbate and ejaculate...But no orgasm? (Long, but please read)?
I was on an antidepressent once and it made it almost impossible to orgasm. Your medications could have a serious effect on your ability. I decided to get off the antidepressent as I really missed orgasming.

With that prefacing- I have really really intense orgasms. If I'm in a group or a new partner they almost always comment that they've never seen anyone orgasm as strongly as me. I've also seen the opposite- and reasonably common- a man that shoots his load and barely lets out a grunt or a sigh. To me that seemed so foreign like something was wrong, but I've seen it on numerous occasions so apparently it is fairly common.

So- you might just be within the range of normal. and- btw- at your age constantly thinking about sex is very common. good luck!I can masturbate and ejaculate...But no orgasm? (Long, but please read)?
If it feels really good, you probably are having an orgasm. They're not life-altering, just very pleasant.
this is probably going to be a useless answer since i did not read anything but... just wait 1 year and try again see what happens.
It sounds like your medication might be affecting your orgasms, or lack thereof. Check to see if it's a symptom on the accompanying medical sheet, and just in case, I recommend getting a checkup with a urologist, who will be able to sort through the problem.

Being 18, and way past your puberty phase, even though you don't have facial hair yet (testosterone levels affect men differently), you should be orgasming whenever you masturbate, so either its your medication, or possibly an altogether different and internal problem, having nothing to do with medication. It could just be a problem from birth.

Like I said, go to your doctor and ask him/her to recommend you to a urologist.
Believe it or not, you could in fact be having an orgasm. Any form of ';release'; and pleasure brings some sort of orgasm. All of the medication that you are taking put together could lessen the feeling which might be the problem.

Ask your doctor about if this could be possible, and keep trying.....

There is definitley something going on with the medication, expecially considering that you are super horny.

Talk to the doctor- if will help.......
