I wanna start extreme dieting.?

Im 14 5'6 and I weigh 125 pounds. My idols are Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift. They have perfect bodies! Last night I had a friend spend the night (she's sleeping right now) and we were walking around my room both wearing short short pajama shorts, and I was like ';My Legs are so fat!!!'; then she said ';Yeah, but mine are fatter!'; Then when we were talking in the dark she was like ';Your face looks really puffy!'; Then she started giggling. I said ';Same to you!'; and we both just laughed. But, Like after she fell asleep I started looking in my mirror realizing how much I hate my body and just how fat I am. I'm friends with almost everyone in my grade and lower grades. (Im an 8th grader my mom kept me home a year cause I was shy). But, the most popular and prettiest girl in our school is really skinny! I want to be her! She has the perfect body!!! Today I looked at my school lunch Menu and we have Fruit, Juice, and Veggies (well a choice of them on the side) everyday. The days we dont I just plan on eating half of the sub, hamburger, chicken stripes, etc. I just really wanna loose weight before we go onto the big field trip this April. I just wanna be really pretty, and Have a really nice body. But, the thing is I have read about the side effects and I don't want to have kidney stones, hair loss, etc. But, Im starting not to care! What can I do to fix this?!?! Also today All I had to eat for breakfast was a Table Spoon of Lemon Jello Juice, 1/4 a palm of peanuts, and 3 blueberries. The rest of the day I plan on eating 5 Blueberries, and 2 table spoons of Lemon Jello Juice.I wanna start extreme dieting.?

Here is the best part: You will barely lose any fat, but you will lose plenty of muscle mass, making yourself look flabbier.





Starvation is a severe reduction in vitamin, nutrient, and energy intake. It is the most extreme form of malnutrition. In humans, prolonged starvation can cause permanent organ damage and eventually death. The term inanition refers to the symptoms and effects of starvation.





Individuals experiencing starvation lose muscle mass as the body breaks down these tissues for energy. Catabolysis is the process of a body breaking down its own muscles and other tissues in order to keep vital systems such as the nervous system and heart muscle (myocardium) functioning. Vitamin deficiency is a common result of starvation, often leading to anemia, beriberi, pellagra, and scurvy. These diseases collectively can also cause diarrhea, skin rashes, edema, and heart failure. Individuals are often irritable and lethargic as a result.





Atrophy (wasting away) of the stomach weakens the perception of hunger, since the perception is controlled by the percentage of the stomach that is empty. Victims of starvation are often too weak to sense thirst, and therefore become dehydrated.





All movements become painful due to atrophy of the muscles, and due to dry, cracked skin caused by severe dehydration. With a weakened body, diseases are commonplace. Fungi, for example, often grow under the esophagus, making swallowing unbearably painful.





The energy deficiency inherent in starvation causes fatigue and renders the victim more apathetic over time. As the starving person becomes too weak to move or even eat, his or her interaction with the surroundings diminishes.

You will collapse and end up in a hospital if you continue like that. Spread your meals out to 6 meals a day and eat 250 calories each meal. Do some cardio workout and you will look great. Eating less only forces your body to store everything it can as fat. Eating several times a day will get your metabolism going and it will burn all the calories.
ok dont do it like that beause you wont last.


breakfast have a bowl of fiber one cereal with skim milk- if you measure correctly that is 100 calories.


for snack have an apple- this is about 80 calories


for lunch- eat salad or somthing light. but lunch should be around 200- 250 calories


dinner- eat grilled chicken with a lot of veges and allow yourself like 400 calories.


and if you can do about 30 minutes of cardio every night.
Woah what your eating is such a good idea.


If you dot care about the side affects then go ahead.


Won't you be pretty with no teeth and half of your hair falling out of your head?


And where your fat is stored now you'll just have loose baggy skin hanging down.


Poeple will stop talking to you because your breath will smell, REALLY BAD. You know why? Because your body is eating it's self. Yeah thats what happenes when anorexia kicks in.


Don't say that your not anorexic because if your that thick and thats all your eating today then your pretty much on the road to anorexia.


And then if your lucky, before you have a heart attack you may get hospitalized and then then they shove tubes up your nose with creamed chocolates and sweets.


I should know.


And THEN when you get back up to a healthy weight, and get let out of hospital it'll start all over again. Because by now the anorexia will be running your head. And you'll spend your life in and out of hospital not being able to live properly.


And then once you start getting thinner you wont be able to see Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift in concert :)


You know why? Because your body will be too weak, and you'll proberly fall down and have a heart attack.


But sure if your dont care go ahead and starve your self.





But if you want to eat weight the healthy way, then make small changes.


Add in an extra hour of exercise a day,=.


Change the milk you use to skimmed milk.


Dont ever eat white bread, go for brown.


Same with pasta, go with the whole meal stuff.


For dinner time at home make sure you have about 3 different types of veg on your plate.


You must be eating atleast 1,200 calories a day.


Other wise your body will do into shut down mode.


Its okay for you to have a treat once in a while you know.


Ive upped my exercise this christmas because ive been eating SO much crap, ECT a whole TIN of quality street in a day.


And ive lost 3 pounds :)





Dont be stupid, it really ruins your life. I know i did it and i would NEVER reccomend it to anyone,

Oh and some time before bed, have a bowl of cereal because you missed brekfast.

ok well i have the same goal as you i want to be really pretty by the big feild trip in May


and ill give you a few tips:


-make breakfast the biggest meal and dinner the smallest


-trick yourself into eating a smaller meal at dinner by using a smaller plate


-get a lot of sleep you burn 700cals in an 8hr sleep


-also in your sleep your body prepares itself


-running is the most effective for weight loss


-ONLY DRINK WATER nothing else. if you don't like water ever here of crystal lite? they taste good and i think 0cals


-let your parents know you want to lose a few pounds (say ';i want to lose a few pounds'; so you dont get the old ';you're perfect the way you are';) because they're the shopper and you can ask them not to buy unhealthy junkfood


-chewing gum helps resist temptations (stride lasts the longest in my opinion)


-weigh yourself once a week and no more than that


-if you don't lose weight one week don't be disappointed, everyone hits that point


-don't freak out about your body!





oh and btw try to lose 15lbs 110 would be perfect for your height
