Stress and hair loss? important please help me?

iwas severely stressed 10months for a long period of time


4months later I realise my eyebrows falling out (after i was stressed)


and lately my eyelashes a bit thinner in texture as well as my scalp hair (no loss just thinner in general)


could these be JUST stress related and temporary?


or is it stress causing telogen effluvium or alopecia? or something


PLEASE HELP any advice would be great

Apply Castor Oil (spread it on ur eye lashes) at night.


Prepare a Hair Oil for ur problem as under:





10 ml. Wheatgerm Oil, 12 drops each of Lavender Oil, Orange Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil. Mix well in 50 ml. Sesame Oil. Massage into scalp at night. Wash off next morning. Do this twice a week for minimum 3 months.Stress and hair loss? important please help me?

6. Try to reduce your reactions to stress and anxiety. If you have normal stressors that are typical in your day, find time to relax and get peaceful. Yoga and other forms of meditation can help to reduce your stress and anxiety





7. Try “natural remedies” – these include essential oils and herbs which, in various mixtures, can be spread on the scalp and help follicles to remain open and healthy.
