As of late,I've begun working out and running. My new exercise routine has caused me to shed weight fast, and I mean fast. I've noticed significant loss of hair on my thighs. I don't know whether this is from my jeans rubbing on my things because I wear boot-cut jeans , or whether this is because I have almost no fat in my thighs. Contrary to what you may or may not suspect, I eat regularly and even glutinously at times; therefore, I don't think that I'm malnourished. Any ideas? Also, hairloss does not run in my family, so I don't think it's anything hereditary.Weight loss and hair loss?
There are easier methods to lose weight as an alternative to diet and working out. You can use a diet supplement which flushes out the colon, you can lose as much as twenty pounds like this - and the weight comes off in the right areas as well! I ran cross country i high school and by then i was a pretty hairy guy, including my thighs. Every time the season would start up and I'd start running again I'd lose a lot of the hair on my thighs, the insides especially.
My grandmother, a physician at the time, said it was from the friction caused by running, between my legs themselves and my legs and my shorts.
It always grew back shortly after our season was over too.
