What is a good shampoo?

I have asked this before. But I have MORE detail. I have hair that is big and a bit frizzy. It's very thick. I have heard that using drugstore shampoo's eg: aussie, herbal essences, pantene dries out your hair and causes hair loss long term. I'd like to know of a NATURAL shampoo that does not contain any harsh chemicals and also one I can use every day because if I don't wash it then it feels stuck to my head. What is a good shampoo?
try herbal essenceWhat is a good shampoo?
what you heard is not true, pantene actually does the opposite, it adds to much oil to your hair, which isnt a good thing either, bc over time it builds up and then you have to go to a salon and get all the oils removed. Hair loss, is a heredity thing as well, and losing some hair is natural, and healthy. ived used garnie fructisse, for a long time, and i constantly get compliments, and i would highly recommend it, as a stylist. Or you could go to a local sallys beauty shop, and get the shampoo and conditioner called maine and tail. Very good for your hair, and will help it out alot
You want to know that the shampoo is balanced to the same pH as the skin and scalp. Redken, K.M.S and some of the other retail products are gentle enough as to wash your hair every day. The easiest way to tell is to get some litmus paper and test it. It should be at 4.5 - 5;5 on the pH scale, this is the same as your skin.

Avoid Baby Shampoo and go for one which has a soap rather than a detergent base.
natural shampoos are good for thick hair because it moisturises it more there are lots of natural shampoos. you can get them from some hairdressers and hair shops
Palmolive is a good one (the pinky one) also Kirstase but very expensive (frensh).
Go for salon product they are a little expensive but suitable for your demand e.g JOICO, BED HEAD TIGI.
head and shoulders
Redken All Soft or Redken Smooth Down. Salon quality is the best for your hair.
