What are the problems caused by anorexia?

Girls and women with anorexia usually stop having menstrual periods. People with anorexia have dry skin and thinning hair on the head. They may have a growth of fine hair all over their body. They may feel cold all the time, and they may get sick often. People with anorexia are often in a bad mood. They have a hard time concentrating and are always thinking about food. It is not true that anorexics are never hungry. Actually, they are always hungry. Feeling hunger gives them a feeling of control over their lives and their bodies. It makes them feel like they are good at something--they are good at losing weight. People with severe anorexia may be at risk of death from starvation. What is this called?please help!?
What are you asking exactly? I mean, it seems like you already know some of the problems of anorexia, and you know the symptoms. Are you asking whether or not you have it, cuz I definitely think you do. You don't have to be oober skinny to be anorexic. And some people it takes them a while till they get to the point to where people can really notice the signs. Besides you not eating much, what are the other symptoms? I think it's possible you could have it, but I don't think you're QUITE there, but if you don't get the help you need now, then anorexia is right around the corner. Please get some help! This is somewhat common, and I will give you a few links for people who have anorexia, and I hope it helps you out. I know several people with this, and I would suggest you follow some of the things listed on these sites. The LAST thing I want to do is judge you, and I would never do that. Here are some sites to help you out and answer your questions.

Please, take the time to look at all of these. Especially the 3rd one, it is a site of people who controlled Aneorexia and are better now, like a diary. Get better soon, Good luck!
i'm 15 years old, 5'1 and 138 pounds and i look completely average and not fat at all (in my opinion or most other's opinion's), so to me, you're not fat. anorexia is a psychological thing. my mother struggled with it when she was younger. it's really sad and not healthy so you should consult a doctor about it or maybe see a therapist. treat your body well, because you only get one.
Well, aside from getting a chance to talk to your family about it, I'd actually recommend eating 4 or 5 SMALL, nutrient-dense meals instead of .5 to 2 a day. It'll get your metabolism into the mood to burn off any extra fat you may have wanted to get rid of. And also, just because you may not be losing weight or may be a little heavy doesn't actually mean you're fat. You may have been working out so much you've developed too much muscle to notice a weight drop, since muscle weighs more than fat.

Anyway, start by talking to an adult about this. It's always a good idea to start by letting someone know you want help with whatever you're struggling with, and they may actually know a trick or two to help you out.

Hope things get better for you.
